Sundrex Oil Company Limited is a public limited company, certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, specializing in the manufacture of industrial and automotive lubricants, as well as specialty petroleum products.
Founded in 2010, the company was established with a clear objective to deliver consistent, standards-compliant, and cost-effective lubrication solutions, underpinned by sound manufacturing capabilities, strong application expertise, and a customer-first service ethos.
Over the years, Sundrex has built a strong presence across India and select international markets, serving a broad spectrum of lubrication and allied requirements through a comprehensive and technologically advanced product portfolio. This includes high-performance industrial and automotive lubricants, premium-grade greases, precision-engineered metalworking fluids, specialized bituminous products, IS:335-certified transformer oils, pharmaceutical and technical-grade white oils, performance-driven fuels, and application-specific construction chemicals, along with a range of specialty grades engineered to perform reliably under demanding operating conditions.

Sundrex Oil Company Limited was founded in 2010, drawing on the founder Mr. Mahesh Sonthalia’s four decades of experience across the lubricants and petroleum products industry. This deep industry exposure revealed a clear opportunity in Eastern India for cost effective, standards compliant lubrication solutions supported by local manufacturing and responsive professional service.
The company commenced operations with an initial manufacturing capacity of approximately 1,000 KL per annum. Guided by a strong conviction that value driven and ethically managed businesses can succeed even in competitive markets, Sundrex has expanded steadily over the years. Today, the company operates with an aggregate manufacturing capacity exceeding 50,000 KL per annum and has established itself as one of the leading lubricant manufacturers in the region.
Sundrex now serves over 500 customers and is among the larger contract manufacturers for several leading lubricant marketing companies in India. The company’s consistent growth in capacity, capabilities, and customer base stands as clear validation of its founding vision and disciplined execution.
